The ruling by the federal court to dismiss the Juliana youth climate case is just another demonstration of why the #GreenAmendment movement at both the state level & the federal level is so essential. #GreenAmendments give the constitutional grounding that can pull the rug out from under justices who would seek to deny the inalienable human right of all people, including future generations, to a clean, safe & healthy environment, including a safe climate.
